What is the expected shipping time?

Once the order is completed, an email containing the order details will be sent. The shipping and delivery time within the city of Riyadh ranges from three hours from the time of the order and within 24 hours to any city in the Kingdom. Our service is available from 8 am to 2 am except for Friday, which is from 1 pm to 2 am throughout the year and during the holidays.

What happens upon receipt?

You will be contacted by the delivery representative if additional information is needed. If the representative cannot reach the address more than once or if the phone is off, the order will be cancelled. The product cannot be opened to view it and then returned to the representative.
